How does pricing work?
Every project has a fixed price, set before we start. Each of our six services comes in three tiers — Essential, Recommended, Complete — so you can pick the scope that fits your budget. If we underestimate the work, that's our problem to solve, not your invoice to absorb. The only time the number changes is if you ask us to add something we didn't originally scope, and we agree to it in writing first.
How long do projects take?
Depends on what you're building. Marketing sites typically run 3–6 weeks. Custom systems — quote generators, portals, booking, dashboards — usually run 5–12 weeks. We give you a real timeline in the proposal, not a "we'll see" estimate.
How do we pay you?
US clients pay by Zelle — fastest, no fees. International clients pay by Wise. We bill in milestones: a deposit to start, payments at agreed stages, final payment at launch. Everything is laid out in the proposal before any money moves.
Why work with a studio in Guatemala?
Three reasons. First, our hours overlap yours — we work on Central time, year-round, same business hours as Texas, with no seven-hour reply gaps. Second, the co-founder you'll talk to is a US-born native English speaker, so nothing gets lost in translation. Third, our overhead is genuinely lower than a US studio's, and that shows up in our pricing — not because we cut corners, but because we're not paying Manhattan rent. We're upfront about where we are. If geography is a dealbreaker, we'd rather know on the first call.
What if we already have a website?
That's most of our work. We'll look at what you have, tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just a refresh, and quote accordingly. Sometimes the answer is "your current site is fine — you need a lead form and a CRM behind it," and we'll say that instead of selling you a rebuild.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Every project includes 60 days of free fixes — anything broken, anything that doesn't work the way we said it would, we fix at no charge. After that, we offer monthly care plans if you want predictable coverage, or you can just email us when something comes up. No pressure either way.
Can you help with SEO / Google Ads?
On-page SEO basics are built into every site we ship — clean structure, fast load times, proper metadata, mobile performance. Ongoing SEO campaigns and paid ad management aren't our specialty, though. If you need that, we'll point you to specialists rather than pretending to be experts in something we're not.
What if we want to add features mid-project?
Happens often. We treat it as a change order — separate scope, separate price, clearly written down before any new work starts. Your original number doesn't move; the new work gets its own line. "No surprise invoices" is the whole point of how we price.
